This publication is a deeply personal exploration of identity, perception, and the invisible space between appearance and reality. Through my experience with alopecia, I examine society’s idea of “normal” and the emotional cost of trying to fit within it. The piece combines narrative storytelling and intentional visual design to highlight how easily we misinterpret what we see. Through that it shows how often we overlook the silent struggles of others.
Rather than focusing solely on hair loss, this project reflects on healing, self reconstruction, and the journey from performing normalcy to embracing authenticity. It invites viewers to reconsider their assumptions and look more closely at the people around them.
